FAQ

A. We provide free pigment samples of each 100gr for lab testing and commercial evaluation at customer's requests, if samples quantity over 100gr, it will be requested to pay its postage.
B. Also customer could provide its DHL account to collect its postage for the samples quantity between 100-500gr.

Usually it takes 2 weeks to produce and pack for shipment after your order confirmation if the stock is not available.

Once confirm the standard, we will do application test from each batch with the standard lot, also the PSS would be picked up for customer’s approval before shipment.

We accept various flexible payments such as T/T, L/C, D/P or combined to be discussed.
